We're based in Washington, USA. All Halo orders ship directly from our supplier.
How can i track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details. You can also track your order here
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note International customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred from customs.
What if i entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
